CUP services and programming are done in accordance to four primary relationships and supports:

Partnership: We are committed to nurturing positive, effective, meaningful partnerships between the residents, the students, and the community.

Learning: We are committed to fostering a safe learning environment for the students, residents, and the community.

Empowerment: We are committed to empowering residents to make their community a better place to live and grow.

Stewardship: We are committed to being responsible stewards of human, financial, and physical resources.
